"The buffet breakfast was disappointing 😞 We went for Easter Long weekend and the swim up bar was closed and was informed they do not pay staff public holiday to run the bar (seriously) our room was not what we paid for and staff argued when we asked for the room advertised for the price. Basic things like ice to the room they could not supply. I booked with an older person with disabilities and only for the convenience of already checked in and the stress of relocating her on a busy weekend is why we stayed. Never again and would never recommend."

"Great location walking distance to everything in town, friendly staff and really fun place to stay with a young family with the pool and being a serviced apartment. Kitchen Amenities were convenient for food prep for our adventures out as well as the laundry. "

"The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of Port Douglas can walk everywhere. The main part of the room was quite small so it felt very cramped with our luggage. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very comfortable. The one major drawback for us was that there was a lot of scares climbing up and down to the second floor. Due to our very large and full luggage, it was very difficult climbing up and down."
