"The room I was assigned had wet carpet between the two queen beds, something must be leaking. I was tired from a long demanding day and just wanted to take a shower and relax, perhaps take a nap. I took a shower in the small hard to move in shower only space, changed into lounge wear and decided to sit on the bed and read my emails. I moved the pillows around and found bed bugs on top of the bed under the pillows. I immediately repacked everything and took it back outside to the car. I called the front desk and request for a refund and that I was not staying in the hotel. I called another hotel down the street and was able to find a room.
I've never stayed at Ramada and have heard it was a decent property, but the bed bugs was enough for me to not return. I was did receive my refund."
