“Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. “To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...
