The hotel is a really nice, quiet, boutique hotel. It is easily walkable to everything around Florence’s city center, as well as the main train station. Samuela, who checked us in at the hotel, was really helpful with suggestions in the area including local shops and restaurants. The room was large, with a modern luxury bathroom, and extremely cold A/C. We will definitely book here again when we come back to Florence.

Andrew and Paola are so amazing and accommodating. They informed us how to get to the residence, gave us extra duvets when we were a little cold, were very on top of cleaning and COVID protocol, and were very informative.
