There were two main issues with this apartment.
1- When we arrived, there were no sheets on the master bed. We told them about this as soon as we discovered it, which was around 4pm. They told us they'd send some sheets "this evening". However, it was after 11pm until they arrived. We have small children and we were all absolutely exhausted, and the lack of communication about when we might actually be able to go to bed was part of our frustration.
2- But the reason I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone was the comically small bathroom. I wish I could add pictures. The edge of the toilet was right up against the shower. You might have put your legs into the shower, except that was where the door is. So we had to sit at a 45 degree angle to use the bathroom.
Otherwise I guess it was fine? Just don't expect it to look like the glamour shots in the listing. There are zero views outside, everything is equipment, buildings and rooflines. It's dark. The TV is maybe 14 inches big (seriously!). The couch (if you could call it that) was not anywhere near the TV. Ok maybe it wasn't fine. All in all, I would recommend staying elsewhere, and probably not with a Mamo Florence property.
