Once we arrived at the property we had to go up 4 floors since there is no elevator, imagine with children and 4 suitcases. Once we open the apartment had such a disgusting smell, like bad plumbing. On top of the smell that was coming from the bathroom. The beds were so uncomfortable boardlike i think the mattress was 4 in thick. There was no papertowels, the internet was really bad after 9pm it will turn off. The only good part was the lady manager that communicated with prior the apartment and was very friendly. Other than that i have no good things to say about this place, will not recommend or stay at it.

El sitio es terrrible, no tiene pantalla, el baño creo que no cumple con las normas básicas, el check in no es autónomo y si no llegas antes de las 5 te cobran 20 euros extra, llegue y no estaba limpio, lo estaban limpiando y dejando todo mal arreglado. Realmente de las peores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida.

La host tardaba mucho en responder a mi llegada y no había una manta para cubrirse de la noche fría, solo una sábana delgada, es muy molesto que te cobren impuestos cuando vas llegando, deberían considerar agregarlos al momento de estar haciendo la reserva. Por último, deberían mencionar en el anuncio que no tienen un elevador, me asignaron una habitación en el último piso, fue horrible subir con todo el equipaje hasta el cuarto piso.

Fantastic! Within 20 minutes walk to train station and city center. No complaints. Be careful sleeping with windows open at night. Close enough to water and many mosquitos will enter.

Bonjour, Nous avons reservés cette chambre lot 1 qui d'après les photos semblaient correspondrent a notre attente. Une personne est venue pout nous remettre les clés Il faisait froid ce soir la, il nous a indiqué que la clim etait reservible. Malgré nos efforts et plusieurs tests chaud froid, toujours de l'air froid GRRR Le troisième jours nous rencontrons notre voisin de palier qui nous indique que la chaudiere est dans son appartement, il met le chauffage et alors les radiateurs fonctionnent J'ai indiqué a un autre concierge le problème Qui m'a dit de faire un message et je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse. Le séjour était pour deux une seule chaise, une seule petite cuilliére, mais surtout l'état des joints du plan de travail et de la douche ne donne pas envie d'y revenir. Plus de télévision comme sur l'image.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen, typischen florentinischen Altbau, der sehr hübsch renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend aber nicht überragend. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Für mich hätte das Bett etwas besser sein können, aber es war in Ordnung. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage fand ich optimal. Zu Fuß ließen sich bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen und die kleinen Supermärkte in der Nähe waren auch bequem erreichbar. Das Viertel ist sehr hübsch und man fühlt sich überall auch als Frau sicher. Ich würde das Appartement weiterempfehlen aufgrund der tollen Lage. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war auf Englisch einwandfrei und freundlich.

It was no air conditioner in the property and it was very hot, bad ventilation in the room. The hostess don’t mind and didn’t care about the situation. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows are in bad shape, the frigo bar (mini refrigerator) didn’t worked. I was no happy about that place at all and Expedia didn’t care also. So I don’t recommend it

Four major complaints 1. Communication was bad, we needed to communicate with three different numbers to gain access, and even then we were left waiting. 2. The apartment is a four story walk up through a dark stairwell 3. The apartment has no air conditioning and no good windows for ventilation. It is not usable on hot days. 4. We forgot quite a few items of clothing in a drawer in the apartment and notified them at 1pm on the day we checked out. They claim that nothing was found. We know it was there, as we were nowhere else. They and/or their staff are not honest.

Avoid this place! My husband and I stayed here for two nights and would not recommend it. The staff was indifferent and unresponsive to our issues/concerns. First, checkin wasn't great. They requested an extra 70 euro cleaning fee on arrival. I don't know why that couldn't go into the initial price we paid other than to mask the true cost of the room. Regardless, if we wanted to use credit card to pay that fee, they wanted to take a picture of our card and process it later. We weren't comfortable with that so we offered cash, but they couldn't offer change, and recommended we go to a store and buy something. We shouldn't have to unsecurly share our credit card or make our own change just to check into the place. The apartment itself was not much better. The wifi in the apartment simply doesn't work. The router is either in the hallway or a different apartment because the only way to use it is from the hallway. We had no signal from the apartment. The staff was indifferent to our complains and just asked us to check with our neighbors to see if they're having issues too. Next, the apartment was hot and stuffy with only a fan and no AC. The bedroom has a window but it doesn't face the outdoors so there's no airflow or natural light. One minor nitpick, there were three tiny shampoo bottles in the bathroom, one was half empty, the other was completely empty. The only good part of this apartment was the location.
