“Good place to stay, if you need to be in Bristol. My room had fridge and microwave - both clean, but no iron(didn't need it) and no hair dryer(needed it). Restroom cleanliness is number one to me and it was clean. No breakfast. Keep this in mind because Expedia says "breakfast included". Instead I was given 2 bags for 2 days with bottles of water , crackers and a bar. One bag was open and some stuff missing. I don't eat this anyway so I didn't care :) There is a diner close by that opens at 7...

“We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“For the price you would think a floor mat for when you step out of the shower would be provided. That was disappointing. There was a random hair high up in the shower that was not the color of my hair and the soap holder had residue from the previous stay. So, cleanliness could be improved. Room 403 had a hollow area between bathroom tiles next to the tub that needs to be repaired. My brother really appreciated the free breakfast. It was a nice amenity.
