"The staff was great and check in was smooth. Our room had outdated furniture, the front of the refrigerator was rusted, the light fixture in the bathroom was completely rusted and had 2 out of 3 bulbs. The pool was great and beach access was too."

"Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. The list could go on. For how much we paid for this place they should really do some upgrades."

"This place wasn’t the best. Very ran down. Restaurants on property are based on foot traffic unlike what website said. Smelled like weed near the dune rooms. Only 1 outlet in room. When they have events on property you will be woken up by rolling carts at all hours of the night. Called to complain and am still waiting on management to call me back. Only perk was how close it was to the beach and other places nearby."

"A/C leaked water in the floor and was extremely loud. Maintenance guy was supposed to check it out, but never saw him. Door to the room was rusted and had to jerk its open each time. TV never worked. Phone never worked but red message light blinked the entire time. Room 209. $15 per day for parking across the street. Transient people hanging by the Tiki bar at night. Beach was awesome but won’t be back to Bikini Beach Motel."
