"This is my go-to the last few years when I come to Panama City beach. It's a little hidden gem. The rooms are spacious. The beds are pretty comfortable. Yes it can get loud during peak season but that's anywhere you go in the beach. The staff has always been extremely sweet and I've never had a problem at check-in. You can't beat the price and location. The beach is always quiet and the views are absolutely amazing. Our last day the manager was amazing and gave us some free meal coupons. We will be returning soon."

"Very dissapointed. Very run down, no breakfast as advertised and workout room was out of order. Hallways smelt like microwaved fish and weed. Just gross."

"Staff was awesome room smelled not sure what it smelled like. Halls smelled like urine on the second floor. The carpet was very nasty in the halls. Kids running around and in the neighborhood behind the hotel looked rough. Loud music and party in parking lot. Beds were comfy and clean. Picture in room 206 had mold or mildew growing "

"We had a great experience at Tru by Hilton in PCB. Breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Location was perfect, only a few minutes to everything…The hotel was spotless and Chelsie, Paul, and Hyacin(?) provided great customer service."

"The room was clean, hotel was pretty well maintained, and breakfast was good. Front desk lady on the evening of checkin wasn’t helpful. We requested the crib before arrival, and upon entering the room saw that the crib needs assembly. Assembly was very difficult, crib components wouldn’t stay fixed, we wasted half an hour. When we asked that front desk lady for help, she said she doesn’t know how to assemble it, that everyone left for the day, and that there’s nothing she can do. Not the kind of response you’d expect from Hilton, basically it says “I could care less, you figure it out.” Elevator reeked of weed. Outside of elevator door there was a big dried up spill and smelled like someone died there. Overall, good for the price. "
