"The restroom in my room was clogged, which was very inconvenient. I asked the front desk for help because I urgently needed to leave for my child’s school, but they were not helpful. The staff member simply said someone would come to fix it and was quite rude in his response. I also requested temporary access to another room for 10–15 minutes, but that was refused. While the room itself was otherwise good, the restroom was not well maintained—there was no soap provided for the shower. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing due to the lack of assistance and rude behavior."
