"Very clean property. Nice area. Lots of convenient shops. Food service is minimal — only a limited breakfast. Parking is a problem, the hotel’s lot fills up quickly and the shopping center is crowded. Only problem was that my air conditioner (room 252) didn’t work correctly — but I didn’t notice it until late. I’ve stayed here twice now and I would do so again. "

"Very nice hotel overall. Excellent free breakfast with omelette station and bar with taco during week. When I checked in at 6 pm hotel was full and the only room available had no working TV. I was offered a 50% discount for that night, negotiated that night to be free but folio only shows the 50% discount. Will follow up but maybe I will hear from Ayres to correct this in light of my positive review? Stay tuned. "

Location of this place is nice area. Have several food just down across the parking lot. Stayed here for my bowling tournament over the weekend. "
