"Check in was supposed to be at 3pm , our room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm. We waited quite a bit. The room was old and smelled. The person at the front was rude and unfriendly. She wasn’t sorry at all and was not sympathetic. The bed was old and uncomfortable all you’ll feel is the spring of the bed. The iron board as broken inside the cabinet which fell from my sa after when she passed it. The shower was so bad and dirty"

"everything was fairly nice, but the bed was and I've been in all kinds of hotels especially in this price or value range and the bed was a disappointment the mattress was really unusually firm. breakfast was nice it would be nice if they had something minor to have almost 24/7 because my flight my last day there left at 5:00 in the morning at the airport so I had to be up really early and there was nothing of value you know for me at that time of day and me dining room not even a cup of coffee or a banana "

"All staff were exceptional. They greeted me every time I walked by someone. I felt at home. Rooms were excellent! The overall feel was refreshing. It smelled very good!"

"The best part of this hotel experience were the gorgeous landscaping details. Flowers we're in bloom everywhere and the lights on the gardens made it all come alive at night. The hotel itself was historic and beautiful as well!"

"The parking was not good, we couldn’t fin any spot close to the room, no à big problem, but the bath tube was in not good condition, it was peeling off but instead fix it, they cover with something, it was the only thing I didn’t like, breakfast was ok.The room was clean."

"The room was very clean, check in took some time since there was some sort of glitch with the system. No gym/ fitness center, little bit of a bummer, but breakfast was good and overall we had a pleasant one night stay."
