Absolutely the room was perfectly clean and yes the staff was great it's the 3rd time I've stayed here and i definitely recommend this hotel especially on Christmas time cause the decor is beautiful.

The entire staff was always friendly and sincerely looking to improve our stay. The hotel itself is fun to explore and the grounds are beautiful. The room was clean and nice but the street noise on the wing that faced the adjoining open air mall was quite loud well into the night. I would request a different room next time.
