“The sheets were clean, the carpet were not, needs to be carpet cleaned badly. Might be nice if the AC in the upstairs hall actually worked, downstairs AC in the hall ran okay. Hot breakfast only available on the weekends, weekday is more grab and go/cereal breakfast. Bathroom was gross to be honest, but location proximity made it a good spot to land while seeing the sites of Omaha/downtown/Zoo area only 13 minute drive away. The halls and stairs need cleaned dailying, feels a little neglected. ...

“Right off the highway, convenient location, plenty of parking, very clean, smelled good, nice shower, good amenities; breakfast had limited options but still decent. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“This was excellent, Karen and Mary made us feel at home. Every Fairfield needs to be like them! We stayed in Coralville and they need to reach out and chat with these 2 ladies as they could learn how to make guests feel at home!!”

“Bathroom was clean and room was clean. Common areas such as hallways and lobby were mostly clean but a few areas needed attention. Pool is small but it was nice that there was a bathroom in the pool area. Getting to the parking garage was difficult due to all the construction being done in Omaha. Staff did give good suggestions for dinner options in Old Town.”
