“To start there was never a real person to talk to at the front desk. I had booked three rooms for 3 nights. My room had the electricity go out on one side of the wall and it took us three hours before we could get somebody to come and fix it. My son‘s room had water leaking and the bathroom was not working properly. My son asked for a plunger and never got one. My other son had issues with the shower. The water was so hot in the shower that whenever he took a shower, it would set off the fire...

“Our room did not have a hair dryer, the front desk provided one but it did not work. The blanket on the bed had several tears in it and should have been thrown away. The breakfast was only ok—Hostess pastries, yuck, eggs and sausage were lowest quality and gross—Waffle was good. Communication shows that you are trying… providing honest feedback so you know what could be improved.”

“Nice newly renovated rooms!! Clean, rooms, clean casino, great concert venue. We will be back. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Our only criticism would be that the walls are thin and the gap in door allows for sound to travel in easily. I wish they had a pool!!!”

“The staff were amazing! They were very kind and made us feel so comfortable, like we were family! The breakfast was delish! The rooms clean and bed comfortable. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the other patrons were very friendly. Will definitely go back and stay there when we are in Omaha.”

“Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances.”

“My room was spacious and very clean, the breakfast had good options, and the guest laundry was good. Located midway between downtown and the airport. Downtown and both sides of the river are easily accessible via bike/pedestrian path that runs next To the hotel.”

“The room was clean and the desk staff was friendly. We got in really late and did not get there in time for breakfast in the morning, which I did think was rather early (9:30). The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. It was located next to a Perkins, which was very convenient.”
