"Incredible location in the heart of Toronto, easily walkable to most attractions, food outlets, and hundreds of restaurants. The staff were very helpful with directions around the city and offered fantastic suggestions on things to do in Toronto. This stay really made our trip so much more enjoyable."

"the room appeared to be very clean, but in need of updating, very disappointed in the rooms fixtures and furnishing for a perceived "upscale" hotel it looked very glamorous on the website. The room was not! Might as well have been a Motel 6. The "Restaurant & BAR" if you can call it that was absolutely sterile, clean looking but I had no desire to sit there to have a drink. we were there for an appointment at Sunnybrook hospital. Staff were great!"

"We stayed here with a 10 month old infant and I couldn't have been happier. They let us check in early without a fee, staff were extremely friendly and we never had a single issue. We had breakfast vouchers and they were more than accommodating for the high chair and our choice of table for dining to make life easier for us. We had a crib provided in our room for baby to sleep in as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in downtown Toronto and I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I visit."

"I loved the location on a quiet street but very convenient to get around town from there. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Housekeeping did a very good job. Breakfast buffet was sufficient to please, I feel they should try to keep the food hotter as it appears to cool quickly from guests constantly opening the lids. I had no need of the exercise room but I would think it could be brighter."

"Property is nice. Hard to see from the road at night as there's no lighting or lit signs at the road. The staff were pleasant and met our needs. Room was a nice size and comfortable, but we paid more for a patio and there was no chairs or table on the balcony. It's a nice size balcony though and nice view. We had the AC on through the night as it was a very warm day and water leaked all over the floor. We didn't notice this until the morning but thankfully we didn't have anything set on the floor there or it would have been soaked. We used towels to mop it up and advised at check out. My husband, son and I all coughed a lot through the night so I'm not sure if it was something in the room or maybe b/c of the leaking AC. Rooms were quiet, comfy bed and had everything we needed."
