The location of this property was perfect as there were so many shops within walking distance along with a movie theater. The hotel itself was so bright, clean and well maintained. The room was stocked well with all of our needs and then some. It was in a busy area but the room was quiet and we were not bothered by the usual banging of doors or hearing someone else's tv, etc. I was very impressed by that. The snack shop was well stocked. The gym very clean and nice. The swimming area and pool were clean. I usually do not swim in the motel but we all gathered at the pool and enjoyed ourselves. I really liked the little patio area, also. The price was comparable to other places but I am so glad that we chose this little nook to stay in. Everyone we met whether they were staff or guests were just happy to be there.

Staff, gave me different directions for things that I needed. Weekend staff was not as informed as weekday staff. Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area. Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it. Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have. Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff. Cleanliness in the room was awesome. Maid service was very efficient. Wan’t able to use my electronic access to areas on my phone. Staff told me there was nothing they could do. Why offer it?

We stay here almost every time we visit our daughter. The staff is always friendly and helpful, although, I was sad that Lamar is no longer there. However, was happy to hear he is still with Hilton, just moved to an upper management position, which is well deserved. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is wonderful, the amenities are good. My only criticism would be the laundry amenities. One of the washers wouldn't dissolve the detergent pods, and one of the dryers took forever to dry. I think they've upgraded them since one of our first stays 4 years ago, but it would be nice if they could have more than 2 of each and if they were the ones that you can connect to an app so you know when your laundry is done. Overall, as I said, we stay here almost every time we visit and always enjoy our stay.
