Secondly the people in the room were the housekeeping staff getting the room ready for you. Thirdly the rooms near you are non smoking and the guest step out of the room to smoke the cigarettes. Finally your insulin should have been properly stored and is not the responsibility of the hotel.

The comments are not completely true as nothing was mentioned about housekeeping or tobacco odor. The room was a completely sanitized and smoke free room. The truth was that you were unsure about staying the 4th night. We would like to make it clear that management has always been truthful to there policies and responsibilities. There were no loud or yelling people at the property for any of the nights that you stayed as we have conducted a surveillance research that proves nothing of this sort. Your comments are from frustration but should not come towards our property.

Our front desk also noticed erratic behavior from you and your guests. We do not tolerate any illegal issues nor was the bed frame modified.
