Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We take the claims of bed bugs very seriously and our first priority is the safety and comfort of our guests. Our team is trained to identify insect activity in our guestrooms, however, we rely on the expertise of our professional pest control vendor for final assessment. After complete inspection - to include headboards, all furniture, mattresses, etc. - they did not find any indication of bed bug activity. We are truly sorry for the challenges endured.
