The property is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach (about 6 minutes), restaurants, Publix & liquor store (across the street), and next door to the Galleria Mall (which also had restaurants). The Water Taxi also stops at this property (Stop #7). I can't comment on their restaurant (The Vue) because we didn't eat there.

We have stayed in this hotel many times but the property need some renovation. The walls in the bathroom had mold stains. The fabric of 2 of the dining room chairs was torn. The kitchen cabinet door did not close. In general the rooms need some work done. Our last day we got bugs in the shower. The hotel is well located and the staff are great but our room experience this time was horrible! I hope they start renovating the rooms soon.

The property is beautiful and in a nice location close to the beach. The rooms are nice and large but when you look closer there are little things that make is seem like they cut corners. My room had a light switch that was kind of sticking out and our washroom sink was plugged so water would pool easily. There were chips and stains on the walls like it was painted quickly. The place is still decent and ok value if you are willing to look past all the many little cosmetic things that need repair. This is also a valet only place so make sure you factor in the additional nightly valet fees to your expenses.

Customer Service fantastic, shouts out to Tomas and Rodrigo at the outside bar and Max at front desk. Minor issue with bathroom; however was upgraded to a 2 bed suite. 2nd trip in 2 years and will be back. Thank you.

This is one of my favorite hotels. It's so close to the beach and restaurants. You can easily walk to different places. I also love that there are balcony rooms right on the intracoastal.

I had a “ not so good - I won’t be back” stay. Housekeeping came into my room unannounced and wasn’t able to understand English. I was locked out of my room twice w/ a key. Hotel was very accommodating to ensuring that my stay as a guest was taken care of. Refrigerator/ Freezer leaked on the floor my entire stay. Sofa was dirty. Remote control was dirtier. Guest in room next door blasted loud music for 2 nights. I’ll never be back.

Awful service. Only gave us one key card for a family of four (including 2 teens). Cards are needed to access elevator and we were on the 10th floor. They gave me a second after I begged but that was it. Very disruptive to our vacation time. If they can’t figure keys out, I don’t have any confidence in the rest of their management. Never again.

For a hotel to charge to park your car is unbelievable to me I know especially at full rates when the hotel is pricey already

GalleryOne offers added safety as most upscale hotels offer, card access to your floor, valet parking only, concierge service, recognition that I was a Diamond Member, and attentive staff which is always a must. The hotel was spotless, and my suite was a dream - home away from home. Hilton Hotels is a brand that I trust, and they value me as a patron.

Nice newer hotel with 3 deficiencies: 1. Too far from beach 2. Noisy-near a drawbridge on Sunrise Blvd which has a metal deck that is very noisy day and night 3 hotel does not enforce no smoking policy as suite clearly had prior smokers and we smelled smoke in the hall also

If all you need is location…
Used to be a good hotel. Have been staying there for more than 10 years. No more! Now, it is way below acceptable. Only strong point is location. Poor service - no authomatic housekeeping, you need to demand and be lucky to get it. Front desk unprepared and incompetent. Parking is a fortune and room conditions are close to camping - bathroom floods everytime you shower. Needs a complete revamping and definetly new management.
