Absolutely charming hotel and grounds, very nostalgic feel. Very clean room and a great value for the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had our own private patio! Wonderful nights sleep!!! Our check in host was very kind and helpful.

Super nice people and very friendly. I always come here just to get away for a night. Pool is always clean and available. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was soo soft a bit uncomfortable you sink in and covers are so thin . when we got there no remote for the tv but they came and brought us one and programmed it again super nice. The other thing was that we got locked out because the door knob was kind jammed and had to ask for assistance but again they came to the rescue and helped us out. Service is wonderful for a better esperience but for the rest you can’t complain for the price and deposit.

Long time waiting outside in the sun to check in. Room was a wreck.Had to check in at next door hotel. People playing loud music had to call office but they remedied the situation. Decorations around pool area was very tropical.

Last year the pool was sparkling clean and lovely. This year, no!, I wouldn’t even consider going in. I think the towels were pathetic this year, and the bed poor. Won’t be coming back

Yes to this, would stay here again.

Surprised by cleanliness of room. Clean, recently updated, even though small. Loved my daily swims in the pool. Grocery, Russian buffet and produce stores right across the street. Even though it's on a busy street it was quiet. Very well kept up. Enjoyed my stay.

It's pretty basic and the price was right. Bed comfortable, hot water shower reliable. I was visiting a friend in South Beach and so left early and came back late. It's not a room that I would want to hang out in. Not seedy but not inviting either.

I liked the pool (well-maintained). I did not like slipping the key through a stained plexiglass, (bullet-proof?) Hole in the window with bars, the CA$H Deposit and receipt scam they were pulling on the unsuspecting 'out-of-towners' the area had some street people that lookef kind of scary, too.

I felt safe in my room, well lite at night. Parking was okay. No deciptive fees like a resort fee, which others motels charge👍 It's a little archaic to collect a $50 cash deposit when credit cards offer tap to pay. too much paperwork for checkin. Overall a okay value for the money.
