The only thing we liked was the convenience of the beach . However the property was disgusting. We had a Roach the size of a cigar climbing on our bed . And the room was not equipped with and cooking /drinking/ or utensils what so ever . Everything they said was included you had to put deposits for . Like beach towels 20.00 for a beach towel . No chairs no beach umbrellas no bicycles NOTHING !!! All lies oh and the so called Continental breakfast was a joke and you had to walk miles to get to it .. with this being said there are plenty of other places near the beach with comparable prices , I will never stay with this hotel again …..

Not the most cleanliness place. Found hair in the shower and sink. There was no toilet paper holder, it looks like it has been ripped off from the wall. It smelled like smoke (suppose to be smoke free). We were glad that we only needed to stay one night.

Dont go by the pictures,the only good thing is that is right at the beach. the jumped up the priced when my flight was canceled, the room was falling apart, the toilet paper holder was broken, walls in terrible condition, kitchen cabinets bad, bed i dont have words to describe. The breakfast included was not what you expect, if you are like me that you look at your surroundings before you eat; then you wont eat there. The room was clean but in such a terrible condition. I dont recommend this place

We were there 2 days and nights. Very dirty room and nothing like the pics in the post. A long way to the front desk to the room, outside in the pouring rain. The one girl at the check out counter was good, the other older one was rude to everyone. Not a real breakfast. Warm hard boiled eggs, bread, cereal, maybe an old ho ho, coffee juice and milk. Bananas. Cabinets, tops, doors, walls all very dirty with hand prints, dirt, or something. But like filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged and we couldn’t use. Shelves brackets were on the wall but no shelves. No place to hang clothes. This room had 4 safes? None of them worked? no light covers on the lights. Towels were dirty and smelly. We had to clean a little to stay. We took pics yikes. We didn’t expect first class, just a clean room for the cost.

Edificaciones muy antiguas y requieren de mantenimiento, los electrodomésticos necesitan ser cambiados así cómo la ropa de cama entre otros. Tuvimos que pagar más porque lo ofrecido realmente era bastante deplorable.

Poor.condition of the room, when arrived bathroom was dirty floor, room had sticky floor like it was not clean properly that day. Bathroom room.shower was fill of water when showering water was not running properly.

Nothing is handy cap accessable!!! There are steps to go in to every room. You need help every time you want to leave your room! And they are not there at night. Wheelchairs are not welcome in the breakfast room We paid for a superer king room, ocean view. They gave us the studio, facing the street.

The conditions of the property were horrible. The door did not close well, everything looked old, could not tell if hot water was available, they charged too much for the late check out, had to wait in line for front desk service. You would think that a property right on the water would be better maintained (regardless of the price).

Praia linda hotel confortável ótimo custo benefici
O hotel é um grande conjunto de prédios. Ficamos praticamante a beira mar. A piscina fica em um prédios e o cafe da manhã é simples e servido em outro prédio mas são todos muito próximos, no mesmo quarteirão. Não é luxuoso mas é muito confortável, tem tudo o que precisa para uma otima estadia, cama confortável, otimo banheiro, roupas de cama e banho, o quarto que ficamos era quase um apartamento, com quarto sala de estar, cozinha completa com todos os itens para cozinhar. O atendimento na recepção é otimo são muito receptivos e na propria recepção tem um tipo de mercadinho com alimentos e itens de higiene a venda. A localização é maravilhosa em uma das praias mais lindas que ja vi , e a 10 minutos andando, tem um pequeno centro com lojas de praia, restaurantes, e um palco no meio de uma pracinha, muito gostoso. Voltaremos em 2024 e ficaremos la novamente com certeza.

Booked room last minute because we were in the area. Area is great, but our room was not clean at all. There were streaks and droplets of blood in the corner, but we were too tired to switch rooms. Pubic hairs were left on toilet seat as well. Two hours into sleeping, we heard the lock open and a guy tried coming into our room.(deadbolt apparently wasn’t working). He ran off after I scared him. Ten minutes later, there was pounding on our door from security who wanted to verify who we were. Furious I went to the front office and they swapped our room. The new room was cleaner, but sat in an open courtyard where two guys were sleeping in beach chairs most of the night. At 3am they were joined by some friends and i had to call the front desk desk because they were carrying on loudly for almost an hour. I expressed our dissatisfaction with everything and they failed to attempt anything to make things better

The room was clean and spacious with a full bed and a sofa bed great for our family of four , a few steps from the beach, one slightly inconvenience is the check in because the front office manages about 6 different brand names from the same hotel group, but with that being said I would 100 percent go back Oceanside.

The location me and my husband stayed at was nice the room on its own was decent we found some dirty towels hidden in the cabinets and also the walls seemed like they been though it had unfinished paint but for the price and for the location IT WAS WELL OVER WORTH IT everything was close by literally

Ladies at the front desk very very friendly, however the check in area is about the size of a bathroom and I waited in line 3 times for over 30 min each time. Understaffed, slow, and not organized whatsoever. The property itself was crappy, run down, and very base necessities.

Sorry for the delay in checking. We have installed additional terminals to speed up the process in the future. We are in the process of training our staff that returned after the covid shutdown.
