The place runs with the priority of the comfort of the guests. Just terrific service. I wish they had removed the minibar that wasn’t so mini. I asked and let it go. I’ll look into Ritz in other locations.

If there is “perfect” in hospitality, The Ritz in Ft. Lauderdale embodies it. Excellent location, food, access to the beach, and the extremely attentive service personnel. If I were to make one suggestion: it is time to invest in the upkeep of the rooms (e.g., furniture)

Staff was exemplary Perfect location Problem of having Inter coastal view is the noise from the buildings hvac condenser turbines and unfortunately the hotel next doors too. We couldn’t really sleep well. Even though we were on the 14 th floor.

Room was basic. Paid for an upgraded luxury room. View was a construction site. Low water pressure. Antiquated shower. TV did not work properly. No ice in the room. No foam pillows available. Not what I expect from a Ritz Carlton.

The Ritz is always the best and Chris from the Burlock restaurant in the hotel lobby was absolutely outstanding. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Very clean room and this place has friendly, courteous staff from the housekeepers, the valet staff and the wonderful lady at the front desk who set the tone for the whole experience. The photos of the pool do not do it justice either. It’s larger than it seems. The only downside would be that the walkway from the pool area wasn’t working and the elevator from the pool to the street was hit and miss but this did not detract from all the plus points we encountered. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Ritz properties many times. It was a little disappointing during this stay for a few reasons. First, when we filled the bath with water we found that it was a brownish-yellow. We were informed this was normal for the area, but it seems that when staying at a luxury property one would receive this information prior to their stay to avoid surprises. The service was a little less each day, and towards the end of our visit they didn’t even replenish wash cloths. Most often when we have stayed with Ritz, the service is outstanding. Unfortunately this time was a little less than ideal. And be sure to read the fine print- not that it was a huge issue, but a resort fee and parking fee totaling more than 100.00 per day is a bit disingenuous when not included in the pricing upfront.

The property itself is great, but the staff was even better! Example: we had just had breakfast in the onsite restaurant and were taking pictures outside. The hostess for the restaurant noticed this,came out, and asked us if we would like her to take a picture of us. I could give 5 or 6 other examples that tell how attentive the staff is to the guests here. These people know what customer service means! Our room was listed as a "partial ocean view", but it was incredible! The kind of view you dream about waking up to every morning. We had a huge balcony that was more than twice as big as I thought it would be. Room was clean and comfortable, and was up-to-date. Our stay was from July 30 to August 2, 2023.
