"The bed linens and towels were clean, but the floors in the room looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The room was also very warm. The staff was friendly thoigh and greeted us warmly upon arrival."

"Great room, decent food in the restaurant. Only downside is the vulcanic temperature hot tap, could do with swapping it to a mixer instead. Would stay again tho. "

"First room the door wouldn’t lock, got another room which seemed ok at first but kitchen was filthy dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from previous guests, fridge,microwave, oven hadn’t been cleaned , bottom of bed cover was really stained and dirty "
