"Envy Hotel in Durres was an excellent choice. It was elegant, the staff we helpful and friendly and the location was in the heart of a trendy neighborhood. The concierge, Meri was very friendly, respectful and welcoming. The cost of our stay was affordable and well worth the price.

"Very nice place to stay. Practically on the beach.The rooms was very nice (Had beach view) with balcony. The staff was kind and helpful especially the receptionist who was always smiling and helpfull if there was something i was unsure of :) The pizza in the restaurant was also delicious and very nice waitress there also. Not english menu but she explained everything perfectly :) Will definitely go back :) "
"Then we arrived at the hotel, the two girls in the reception told us, that we had cancelled the reservation, which we didnt. It was a mistake between them and Expedia. But they didnt care at all, and if we didnt insist they were wrong, we had to pay yet one more time.

"The room we had was larger than you might expect from the pictures. Really well appointed place to stay with friendly staff and a great roof terrace to have breakfast. For an overnight stay in Durres, this was perfect!"

Downsides. Advertised with a pool. It is full as they sell an entrance ticket to anyone. Breakfast is limited and not tasty. Staff could not tell us how to call a taxi, they told us to walk to the bus station!!!"
