Nous avons discuté longement avec le propriétaire et le directeur général et, outre les installations haut de gamme, tout est concentré vers l’hospitalité et la personnalisation du service. Le personnel prends le temps d’écouter et d’adapter leur services, prestations et conseils en fonction de nos commentaires. Ils prennent le temps de rechercher le meilleurs conseil. Le DG à prit le temps d’aller marcher dans les oliviers avec nois afin du voir Artemis, le magnifique...

“L’accueil de Maria nous a séduit. Elle est d’une gentillesse et elle s’occupe de ses clients aux petits soins. Elle est très accessible et nous donne d’excellents conseils. Maria fait vraiment une différence. On se sent comme à la maison. Il y a une vrai ambiance familiale. Un gros merci à toi Maria !!! Et la nourriture à son restaurant est vraiment excellente ☺️ ”

“This place is a must visit in Crete. The rooms are modern, immaculate and designed thoughtfully. The hotel is perched on a hill that provides impressive views of a stunning beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean. Check in was smooth, due to the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant is fantastic. My wife has severe celiac disease and they accommodated her allergies multiple times for breakfast and dinner and she never got sick. I highly recommend this place for any travelers...

“비성수기지만 숙박갯도 꽤 많았어요. 하지만 규모가 크고 쾌적해서 괜찮았습니다. 하니아에서 조금 떨어져있어서 렌트카도 다녔어요. 바로 주변에는 조그만 상권이 있어 구경하기에 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 너무 만족한 여행이었습니다만 나중에 영수증을 보니 저의 국가 정보를 다른 나라로 작성했더군요. 분명 제가 체크인 카드에 잘 작성해넣었는데도 말이죠. 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다만 전반적으로 모든 서비스와 시설에 만족했습니다. 어메니티의 퀄리티도 좋아요”

“Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!”

“For et godt valg, tenkte vi da vi kom, og det sier det meste. God beliggenhet ift. sentrum og stranda. Stille og rolig på kvelden/natta ( vi bodde nærmest stranda). Strålende rengjøring med ofte bytte av håndklær og sengetøy. Stor og familiær vennlighet fra ansatte. Store rom med alt du trenger - kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap med en liten fryser, (kaffemaskin med kapsler som blir påfyll hver dag), vannkoker osv. God størrelse på terrassen. Strandrestauranten hadde veldig god mat. Vi kommer gjerne...

“Erst war der Wind so stark, dass wir starken Lärm im Zimmer hatten. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Dazu hatten wir leider bei starkem Regen und Wind Wasser in unserem Zimmer, welches unter der Eingangstüre eingetreten ist. Die Rezeptionistinnen, vorallem Eleni, waren sehr hilfsbereit.”

“Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet établissement bien situé à quelques encablures des 2 plages de Palèochora. hôtel trés propre . notre chambre spacieuse avec une grande terrasse ombragée et au calme. grand parking Manager affable mais un peu trop discret comme la pesonne qui nous a accueillis .”
