โWonderful experience from start to finish, the building's and garden are quite stunning with a rural view across the farm landscape that is outstanding.
Real relaxation and no traffic noise !!
Jane and her delightful staff produced the ultimate breakfast and we would love to stay again.
Five star recommendation.โ
โThe Punchbowl Inn was a lovely pub to stay at, the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the dales. If I had to be picky it would have been nice to have a shower curtain or screen over the bath as using the shower head I tended to flood the floor, but the water was lovely and hot. and I would return again.โ
โThis is a beautifully appointed cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a quiet location looking out onto a courtyard. Although there is no onsite parking, we had no trouble finding a parking space on the square. Visitors should also be aware that there is no outdoor seating area but we were out and about so this wasn't a problem for us. We would recommend the fish and chip place - but go for small fish and chips! The large are for those with a very large appetite! ...
โGood value for money hotel in the centre of Richmond. Basic comfortable room, TV and kettle with ample tea/coffee selection. Shared bathroom on the landing. Great home cooked breakfast. Friendly staff.. โ
โWe stayed for just one night, picking our son up from D of E at Aysgarth Falls. The landlord and lady were so friendly, and had a few beers with us. It was a gorgeous hotel packed with character. The bedroom was very clean and the whole stay was so enjoyable. The breakfast was top drawer, and sobtasty. We walked to the waterfall as advised, well worth it. Thanks to the incredible hosts. See you again soon! โ
โThe staff were very welcoming and gracious hosts. Especially Michelle, Demi, Elli, and some of the kitchen staff whose names I didnโt catch. Richmond is a beautiful town, the best thing about it being the people.โ
โVery quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. โ
โThe pub family couldnโt have been more helpful, kind and generous. I had all sorts of car troubles and they went out of their way to be helpful. Thanks ever so much.โ
