“What a gorgeous hotel! When we travel we are always on the go. But staying here made us want to linger in the dining room and in the lounge. And we were so surprised that we couldn’t hear the trains at all. The location was perfect, also.”

“Lovely hotel just 10 minutes walk from the centre of York. Situated in a student area but it is quiet and there's lots of lovely cafes and restaurants only a few minutes away. Hotel was stunning, modern and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and we'd definitely stay again. Breakfast was amazing.”

“The hotel looks stunning from outside and whilst the common areas are small, they are beautifully decorated in a way similar to The Pig chain if you know that (quirky). Our room wasn’t that big and whilst the 4 poster bed was very comfy, it almost crowded the room too much. The tea and coffee machine was housed in a dolls house and on the landing was a ‘pantry’ where you could help your self to drinks and snacks. Again quirky and smile inducing.
