"Berta and Arturo Really made our stay in Torreón special and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and undergoing renovations to make it even better. The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!"

"This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter. "
