Worst hotel in Frankfurt?

This has to be one of the worst hotels in Frankfurt! There were a number of broken items in the room, including a broken wardrobe handle & shelf and shower door, and the shower itself did not drain, and vacillated between scorching hot and freezing cold. For most of my stay, the elevator was also out of order. It wasn't easy to sleep; the curtains were a good foot into the room letting the street light stream in, and one night there was a significant amount of shouting coming from within the hotel. The heating was centrally controlled, and the room was way too hot. Add to this the non-working internet, and the high cost of the room (>€300/night due to a large exhibition being in town) and there was zero value for money. I checked out and changed hotels for my final night, as I had a meeting which required internet access. The only plus was the tram stop immediately outside the hotel! Avoid this place.

ich kann kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen

Das Zimmer war schmutzig und es gab während der fünf Tage nur einmal frische Handtücher. Der Aufzug muss man mit einem Schlüssel betätigen und war für zwei Tage kappt Die Einrichtung war billig und die Betten zu weich.

Gut, zentral in rustikalem Umfeld

Ordentliches Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Umfeld ziemlich wild im Bahnhofsviertel,aber das weiss man ja beim Buchen. Sehr ärgerlich und unprofessionell war, das die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin trotz zweimaligem Telefonat und Zusage keines der gewünschten Zimmer ei ngebucht hatte und wir ein anderes Zimmer nehmen mussten

Very bad hotel! Dont book. Worst booking I have ever made! Old pictures of break fast they did not serve, and dirty rooms. Only positive thing was clean bed sheets and towels. Futhermore, neighborhood was bad. Stay Away!

A éviter d'urgence

A éviter, je suis navré d'être aussi brut mais évitez ce coin quitte à payer plus cher pour aller ailleurs. Le seul point positif était le jeune de l'accueil qui a su être arrangeant malgré notre déception. Le quartier est un vrai coupe gorge, avec des toxicomanes qui se piquent devant nos fenêtres (ne pas sortir la nuit..). Du bruit, des cris toute la nuit .. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, il fait chaud alors obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Les nuits sont courtes au Grand hôtel corner. La chambre en elle même était sale (on ne doit pas avoir les même critères ..). Des traces d'urines sur le murs a côté des toilettes, poussiéreux, des détritus sous le lit.. et du sang séché sur le radiateur.. La porte de douche était cassée et le débit d'eau ridicule (eau qui au passage passe du chaud au froid en 2 secondes..). Bref allez ailleurs.

Absolut zufriedenstellendes Hotel. Top Lage, mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch ein kleiner Abstecher zum Main ist schnell möglich. Über das Hotel an sich können wir uns auch kaum beschweren. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und gute Ausstattung im Zimmer. Leider war es etwas laut im Innenhof, hörte sich an wie eine eine Maschiene die ein durchgängiges dumpfes Geräusch von sich gibt. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran, auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht da waren. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
