Clean room. Make sure you see the box number and code in the link you receive before arriving as I did not and I had to call the office...I tried messaging through the Expedia app but there was a delay in getting the response so even though they had sent, I did not receive the response within the app until we were already in our room. It is not staffed which would've been fine if the information was sent via the app instead of an attachment in the app with a link that didn't show me the information required. Probably fine to stay in the winter but with the heat and no a/c, it was miserable in the room. They did have a nice bladeless fan, but it was still pretty miserable inside. Very stuffy. Can't beat the cost, but I don't know that I would stay here if I was traveling alone. It was fine with another person or three as was our case. you are just isolated from anything and have to use uber to get to food, etc. (UNless you want to walk a bit to McDonalds or KFC - which is not something I would want to eat while traveling)

Avoid the place. Room looks good and spacious when you enter it but it has no ventilation except keeping windows open. Your window and neighbours window are right next to each other. The code for room key sent in email through hotels.com doesn’t work. No reception so you need to call the hotel number to get details

Great hotel near Frankfurt airport that is reasonably priced even when other hotels charge 3-4x. Staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, made a great breakfast for me even though it was after the kitchen closed!

Nice and quiet room, big comfy bed and room. Wasn't immediately obvious from the property entrance that the reception area is actually on the first floor, some signage would be useful. Only slight issue was the shower never went above lukewarm, but we were only there one night, arrived late and left early so there was no staff around to inform.

The hotel and stay were both excellent. The check in was very easy and hassle free. The only drawback experienced is the location. It is in a safe area but it is industrial in nature. Considering the low price and close proximity to the Autobahn, it's practically a non issue. Would stay here again.
