This hotel is okay. Nothing special. The area is not close to downtown. It does have a train station close by though. The rooms were good size, though a little outdated. The bathroom has a shower, but you have to step up into it. Their breakfast is decent. Would have loved if there was a hot chocolate machine, not just packets. We had a few drinks at the bar on one of the nights we stayed and the bartender was awful. It must have been his first day because he was the slowest bartender ever. He took 20 minutes to make one drink. No lie. One of the drinks we ordered was their special and it looked nothing like the picture. My biggest issue with this hotel is that their air conditioning is HORRIBLE!!! It claims it is on, but the room was so hot and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Would not stay there again.

no fitness centre during either visit I stayed there at the beginning and the end of my 17 days in Germany total of four days at the hotel, but the main issue was the lack of air-conditioning. The room was always hot despite having the air conditioning on maximum and there was nothing that could be done so will not stay there again.

For soft mattress lover only

this hotel is great for location, great breakfast, lovely staff and bar. However bed mattress was so soft, I could hardly sleep, additionnaly the duvet is very warm vs. room temperature so I was a cranky sweaty mess in the morning.

It’s very old and tired! The breakfast was so basic and my room smelled really bad! Also housekeeping came into my room to fix the toilet without notice and I wasn’t happy to have 2 men walking in my room unannounced!!!!

it was not good the bed was so squeaky the first night , did tell the front desk nothing was done so i slept on the floor the 2nd night . the shower was blocked as well , did tell the front desk still blocked the 2nd night.
