Value for money close to main train station

I had a cosy and comfortable single-bed room. The only problem was the poorly installed shower door which led to flooding of the floor.

Great place. Nice staff, and overall a good place. Only negative was the lack of parking spaces near the hotel, but that's a smaller detail. I would love to use this hotel again

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is next to tram line 11 and a 5 min walk from line 16. The main station is 10-12mins walk which is considerably close but line 11 drops you right in front of the hotel.

Great location and very best amenities. Breakfast was VERY Good , there were lots of options. It was just one block away from the main train station, and it made it very convenient to continue our trip. The hotel area was very good as well. Surely, I will comeback to this hotel in my next trip to Frankfurt.

Price-quality-location good

About 12min walking to the main train station, but on the opposite site of the busy area which is good sleeping. There is a mall closeby. The breakfast is good and the room comfortable.

Conviennent for conférence but room too small

The location is great to go KAP for the conference. The breakfast is ok . The room was much smaller than the photos shown on the website. The room and bathroom are overheated even the heater was off.

The location is perfect: Only a 10 min walk to hall 3 on the Frankfurt fairgrounds and the public transport to the city center just 2 min away. Clean rooms and very nice breakfast buffet. The 2 ladies who take care of the breakfast buffet do a very good job to refill everything and to keep everything clean. The staff at the reception is polite but not always very helpful: 1. The TV in our room had a bad satellite signal and did not work. We asked 3 times for repair, but despite of the fact that we were told the technician would look at it nothing changed. 2. When we were asking for a nice restaurant the recommendations were very generic. 3. The laundry service is not an in-house service, which means you have to take the provided laundry bag to the laundry service near by. In general, this is not a problem, but the way how it is presented is not how it really is. All in a very nice hotel, just a few bits regarding the service can be improved.

The hotel is conventionally located by shopping mall, restaurants, and train station. The WiFi was not great on the 6th floor and elevator not working when we arrived. Hotel staff did help carry our bags to the room. Breakfast was good and room was nicely furnished.
