I spent 6 nights in this hotel and I can tell that the service from the staff is excellent, everyone were kind and receptive. The breakfast was wide in options and the room was pretty cool🙌. Also there was a trolley station just around the corner. I highly recommend it if you want to go visit Frankfurt🙂‍↕️

The breakkfast is great the location of the hotel is safe in a nice residential area it is 4 km to the center but tram station right in front of the hotel. The hotel building new and great.

The place was fine. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The service was mediocre at best. The area surrounding the hotel was entirely residential. One good things was that the lightrail just outside the hotel went directly to the Messe.

New hotel, great breakfast, located 5 min from S bahn- for 6.6 Euro a day you can travel all over the city. Clean and cozy (even the 19 sqm room). Nearby supermarket and restaurants 12 min walk. Nice park 7 min away

The stay was ok. The room did not have a closet or drawers for clothes or an iron for clothes. The parking was not included and it was 15 euros xtra. The parking garage is confusing b/c it’s used by private owners that will tow rented vehicle. Thankfully, one of those owners showed me where to park w/ limited English and the Staff did not explain at all . There is no parking around neighborhood. I was given a room card that has to be used for the elevator and for the lights in the room , no staff told me about it until I had to call downstairs while sitting in darkness & exhausted from my flight. No breakfast, parking , no irons or closets . The rooms are pretty small. The positive was the bed was super comfortable.

Positive - location is very good. Price is very reasonable. Service is ok or passable but definitely can be improve on. This is a no no sense business hotel room has no phones so you have to go down if you need something.

Business trip to Frankfurt Messe

Mainly business hotel not far from the Frankfurt Messe (20 minutes by tram. The underground parking and breakfast were very reasonably priced compared to alternative hotels near the Frankfurt Messe and no problem to check in if arriving late. Good cooked breakfast buffet. The decor is very modern (see photos) and there are modern art and decoration books to read in the large reception area with outside terrace. A bit strange as a single traveller to have a single duvet on the double bed :-).

Liked- Decent rooms recently renovated. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Good neighborhood. Didn't liked - No house keeping provided for 2 days stay. When reached out to reception they said staff forgot. They could provide in unit refrigerator and common area drinking water fountain or water filter for the guest.
