We needed more sheets and pillows for our kids and they were very quick to bring more. The hotel smelled very clean and was clean everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing that was disappointing was we were hoping to swim and somehow I mixed up the location and this hotel only has an outdoor pool.
