"Staff, room, location, pool area and free breakfast was great. Only complaint would be to lose the automatic pancake maker. Pancakes texture was like rubber but waffles were Yum. "

"Reasonable pricing WAS GREAT! Food court food was surprisingly good. Sit down restaurant menus were disappointing in their varity. Im well aware that here in Florida its somewhat difficult to deal with, but the pools were uncomfortably warm but were in excellent condition. As is a problem all over the US the older employees were engaging but the younger ones... not so much. You just put Orlando of our map. We loved our stay!!! One last thing. I've been in the maintenance end of condos and industrial complexes. In our room there were minor issues that could have been been dealt with easily and inexpensivly. My only reason for mentioning it is that, as you know, the pickiest guests make the biggest online noise.
