“The property is an active construction site. The room is fairly shabby. The pillows feel like they’re made of cast iron and the pull out sleeper bed had a tear in the lining so the mattress sank in one of the corners. Location is great, right on the Gulf. When the construction is finished the new rooms will be worth the price. In its current state it’s overpriced.”
