“I would give great reviews but one thing that bothered me we prepaid for our stay at check out your are charged 40 dollars a day resort fee that was never mentioned. When I questioned it at check out was told nothing they can do and was like no big deal we stayed 6 nights that was 240 dollars I was a little upset was never mentioned at all … so please be aware of that fee they don’t tell you in advance.”

“It is a great place for families. Lots of activities for children. But we didnt have children. 3 pools and breakfast. They dont have any service at the pool you have to go to the bar. Too many bees. The beach was disappointing. Very few lounges with umbrellas and you can walk miles and the water never is higher than your knees. The staff was very nice and allowed us to check in early. It is located near enough to walk to the busy Times Square area, yet far enough away to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. “This hotel was in a great location for my visit with friends in Cape Coral. Close to all the restaurants and bars in the south Cape. Live music every day at the Tiki bar at the hotel. Office staff were great and very accommodating. We used the pool everyday. Rooms were decent. The floors might need to be mopped more often. My feet were black from walking around my room the first day. But aside from that it was an enjoyable stay.”
