Prices too high for what you get (nothing) When they say breakfast, they mean coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars.
It took the one person checking in guest over 20 min to check in the two in front of me(didn’t help that the first customer could not understand a word spoken to her -employees please be able to speak clearly to communicate with your customers and not be frustrated when customer doesn’t understand you.) (also need more than one person to check guest in)
Carpet in front was worn and had ripples in it.the smell in front area and halls was musty and rank. The smell of pot in the parking lot did not make me feel safe.
Room has full fridge , very small microwave, small counter with sink.( not stocked with anything- so no coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, utensils, dish ware, pots and pans . I mean nothing!
Icing on the cake was they do not have an ice machine- what hotel doesn’t have an ice machine? Them! ( no ice trays in room to even try to make ice.
It is a basic room that if you want anything you better bring it or go buy it.
Will gladly pay more to get basic amenities hotels normally have , evey hotel ever stayed but here. Definitely lower tier chain. Will never stay here again. Very disappointed in lack of customer service and lack to be helpful.
