"We had an ensuite and there was no door to the bathroom. The dust behind the TV was awful. The fridge froze everything. The bed was incredibly soft and uncomfortable. The stairs to the room were hard to navigate with bags as they were very steep. The blinds didn't close on one window. Staff were nice, welcome drink appreciated, location unbeatable and good value for Freo."

We lots of issues from no access to balcony, no washing machine, car park taken - the staff were fantastic to deal with but it was really tricky and disappointing with two little kids. The room we had was not safe for a moving baby (stairs, bed big glass vases) but we made do. The pool is absolutely freezing, like an ice bath. "
