Was in one room that was VERY dirty had toe nails between the beds and on and behind night stand got moved to another room . Even dirtier. Actual poop on bathroom counter . The issue wasn’t the room or the staff. TBH, they did as best they could with what they were given, and then some. The “business center,” though, left something to be desired, and maybe it was just bad timing, but there were so many barking dogs around. I get “pet friendly,” so as I said, bad timing. But the room was safe and secure, and I had a decent WiFi signal for streaming. Maybe a wider refrigerator? And also check the thermostat, the one I had was a little warm.

The 1 bedroom suite with a pull out sofa in sitting area, is listed as sleeps 4. Unfortunately the pull out couch could not even sleep 1. Metal bars running across all three sections making it impossible to sleep. My husband is in town for medical treatment, which requires this type of sleeping arrangement for 2 adult guests. The room smelled of dog urine, multiple stains in sitting area (room 331) the side exit door that had a sign that said it was locked 24/7, use room key, was not locked ever. Lock non functioning. The front desk staff was very nice, and the lobby and breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

The room was in OK condition. The bed was done. Everything was clean with the exception that the restroom was not wiped down and trash from previous guest was not thrown. I had toiletries that were left from previous guest.. but I will say they did bring the towels quickly after I called and requested them. But the elevator wasn’t working.

The room was a nice size but not very clean; the couch in the suite had a few stains, the sheets had a small stain and when we requested additional towels they left them on a pile on the floor outside our front door.
