"Clean spacious room. Bathroom modern and stylish. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Did not use valet service but they were outgoing and helpful. Being allowed to have bags held after checkout helped us get last bit of shopping and sightseeing. Samona went out of her way to be helpful and make my wife and I have best possible stay possible. Location of hotel can’t be beat. "

"Clean hotel; air was infused with essential oils fragrance. Check-in was looonnng. Rooms not ready and not on same floor. Lady at front desk a little too bossy yelling at us future guests as we try to check in. Other workers were nice. Valet was only 1 guy, but he also took care of storing our luggage. Rooms are very noisy from frequent outdoor elevated train, hallway noise from people talking. Turn on all the fans to mute the sounds.Hot breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, juices. Faster to ask for more towels at front desk than wait for them to bring it to our room."
