Très bon motel, proche de sequoia park (-30 minutes). Micro onde, frigo et cafetière apprécié dans la chambre. Bonne literie. Piscine ouverte l’été !

It was a good location for what we needed. Enjoyed the river view and the kids playground. There's no breakfast included though as the sign says. Not the friendliest staff but no problems. We would stay there again if in the area .

Really great location and beautiful view and nature around. It’s warmer in the night than in areas near the forest. Still close to the forest and on the way market, restaurants and all staff that you need for winter trip to the mountains. Staff it’s really helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.

We checked in, and the first room they gave us had someone else’s belongings making us think that we got a room that was already taken. Towards the restroom, there were dead bugs littered throughout the floor and on the sink. There was also spider webs and live spiders towards the ceiling. The couches and chairs were noticeably dirty and had dust on them. And there was a lift outside the balcony which someone could easily traverse to get to the balcony. We asked to be moved to a different room. We entered the second room, and checked it out. By the door there were both dead bugs and live bugs - that resembled bed bugs. We left immediately and the receptionist didn’t seem surprised.

Everything it’s good , only little think when I book it Ofer brake fast and thats false so that change my budget drastically, restaurants on area are very expensive , if it’s no part of the package that’s ok but don’t Ofer it on the website or the book in the room.

This hotel has a location close to the river that is great, but the good stops there. Missing photos on the wall, ripped curtains, pool, hot tub area, closed with tiles, missing and broken, junk piled everywhere on back of property, which was our view. It took a long time to actually check in as well. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was not the cleanest hotel but it was really big and had a nice view. Had a view of the river and it was a wonderful experience waking up and seeing the river.

The room was cobweb city and the remote and TV had issues but overall very quick and easy check in. Quiet and close to the National park

We were able to check in early which was nice but the average cleanliness of the hotel was below average. Continental breakfast is advertised but not provided which was disappointing. People are friendly, but ran into a lot of issues such as leaking pipes, cards continually not working properly, and lack of daily housekeeping.

Very disappointing property. Shower did not work, sign outside hotel said “deluxe continental breakfast” but no breakfast. No explanation as to why there was no breakfast. Grounds outside our room were littered with trash. Closest in room was filthy. Needless to say, won’t be staying there again.

Room was dirty! Bugs and spider webs were found inside the room. Mirror had smudges of hearts on it. Couch was disgusting and had visual stains on it.

Good location and the front office staff was nice, but everything was pretty dirty. We found a trail of dead flies by the window and the sheets smelled. Found a used bandage on the table. We didn’t have issues with hot water like other reviewers mention, but that may have just been luck.

LOVE IT! The lady in the front didn’t explain much about the rooms, or if the breakfast was included, or even the WiFi password. However, the room was clean, the place it’s quite, it has a little spot for the kids to play and also has a pool(because of the weather it was not open) but I will rate this place a 9/10 just because of the lack of communication, everything else was perfect 😊

Don’t stay here it’s a dive.
This place was a dump, we showed up, and the pool was green, that should’ve been the first clue. The staff seem nice, gave us the key to the room, we opened the door, right away it smelled bad. There was mold on the wall. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean because they left a dirty used washcloth in the shower, the beds we turned down the sheets, hair on the bed sheets, hair on the pillows. Furniture was old and dilapidated bugs outside the front door, the furniture, outdoor to enjoy the so-called view, was old and rotten and falling apart. I tried to cancel my reservation, but they forced me to pay for one night I called Hotels.com. They were unable to refund me my full money. I didn’t get the two additional nights back and they gave me a small $35 credit for another stay, I’m still out close to 80 bucks. Do not stay here. We returned the key as fast as we could, and went to a different place.
