"I paid $140 for this room, and honestly, this place isn’t even worth half of that. The bed sheets had visible stains on them. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed and had to request clean sheets myself. At that price point, that is completely unacceptable. Clean bedding is the bare minimum. There are plenty of hotels charging the same rate that are actually clean and well-maintained, so there’s no excuse for this. Then at check-out, the front desk interaction made things worse. When I asked for my ID back, the employee mike told me “let me go check your room” with no explanation. When I asked why, he just said “that’s what we do,” and then stood there staring at me in a very uncomfortable, almost creepy way. If that’s your policy, explain it properly. Don’t make guests feel uncomfortable. And somehow, this place still requires a $100 deposit, while not even meeting basic cleanliness standards? Between the dirty room and the unprofessional staff behavior, I would not stay here again. Do better. The fact that my experience was dismissed entirely especially with the dirty sheets and unclean room just reinforced this review. i had posted on google "

"Pool water very cold and we had issues with our tv. Lady that brought sheets did not speak English so she didn’t understand what we needed. Trash under sofa bed when we pulled it out. Staff was very nervous very and helpful. "

"Location was decent . The First Lady that helped me was awesome !! Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help …."

"It wasn’t unnecessarily UNCLEAN but we did have a spider in our bathroom and after doing some research, it ended up being a brown recluse! We killed it and took it to the front desk to show them and I think their response was a little disappointing because of the severity of the type of spider was., they said that they would let me manager or someone higher up than the lady behind the desk, and they will get back to us. That was the first night. We checked out two days later and I had heard nothing from anyone. We brought it back up to a different staff member that was there when we checked out, and they replied to the same thing. But was nice enough to give us a very small discount, which is not what we were looking for. I thought they would at least offer to change our room come to find out they did not have the room we had purchased available. So if we would have switched rooms, it would be a downgrade. Which honestly the Lives of my husband, solving my children are worth a downgrade to know, and be comfortable that there was no brown recluse spiders in our room. They didn’t seem to know the severity of what we had found, and I explained it to the lady behind the desk and she was shocked. As we do appreciate the small discount we just wanted to be shown that someone cared about our children and how deadly those spiders are. Other than being on guard every time we unfolded a towel or sat anywhere honestly, the property was amazing and perfect for our trip!"
