โI have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. As always, I find the location, safety, and environment to be excellent, especially the value for money. However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10.โ
โGreat location near the Hammersmith Station. The bar and restaurant were great also. The french toast and hot chocolate at breakfast were amazing! There is a police and fire station near, so there are sirens. I would suggest a sound machine or app to drown out the sirens. โ

โYou would not believe the pub was in such a lovely area and with the high street and all its other offerings so close - so close to London , Heathrow and transport - a gem !โ
"It was a group, but the rooms were assigned to different floors, and even rooms on the same floor were assigned in a maze-like manner. There were also a room where the door would not open, so the staff had to force it open."
