"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kensington prime a very enjoyable boutique hotel in a great location near Olympia station could get around from there to anywhere. We enjoyed comfy beds and great designs of the room and interior that made it feel homey. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or other activities but seemed like there was everything available. Our only feedback was lack of a proper shower curtain but that’s minor! You will enjoy staying here. "

"Great room and facilities in a convenient location to two tube stations and a vibrant Wetherspoons pub and loads of restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable, and kitchen facilities were good. The shower/toilet room is on the small size and could be tricky for larger people. There can be a bit of noise outside at times (eg rubbish bin pickup next door in the wee hours) but thats usually not for long and should not detract from the great roomy accommodation. "Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "
