“The breakfast was fantastic, definitely one of the best.There was loads of choice both hot and cold. Plus the chef was more than willing to make my scrambled egg with Oat and not Cow’s milk. The property was on a bus route and the bus stop was close by. I had booked this property as I was attending the Wickham Festival and pleasantly suprised to discover that the entrance was a 12 minute walk. ”

“We stayed for two nights and the first night was awful due to a broken bed. However the staff were brilliant and arranged a change of room for the next night. We stay here regularly and happy to recommend.”

“Room ok, but peeling paper above window and broken window catches and broken lamp shade by bed (window side). Bathroom needed a plug for the sink, mould on ceiling above the bath/shower and mastic should have been removed from the tiles (near sink and over bath) where soap dispensers had been removed. No brandy at the bar. Chips supplied with meal were luke warm (nobody came to ask if things were OK). Had to ask for full breakfast to be reheated. Stayed here before, so rather disappointed this...

“Cannot fault this property at all, the hosts are so welcoming and love that you get a tour around the facilities. We booked the spa for my partners birthday and it is a little slice of heaven! Then we played a few games of pool in the bar/lounge area before heading to our room. The area is great, permit parking super easy outside the property, and great recommendation for breakfast the following day (Farm Kitchen). Owners and staff very welcoming and bedroom comfortable (superior double room). Good breakfast served and a choice of pubs for evening meal within easy reach (by car)”
