"We chose this hotel because it was on route to driving to our son's graduation in Missouri. The lady who checked us in was super nice. When we got to the room, it was not clean. My daughter pulled her sheets back and there were dog paw prints all over her bedding and the bed smelled like pee. We called the front desk. She told us she was the only person on duty, so we would have to come get new sheets and change them ourselves. When we pulled the sheets back, yellow urine spots all over the sheets and then a huge blood stain on the mattress. I traded beds with my daughter and then slept on the top of the blanket, trying to not touch the mattress. In the morning, the breakfast was barely a continental meal. I come back to my room to pack up and see bed bugs on the other bed that my daughter slept on. I took pictures of all of these things. It was so gross. "

"I had booked a four-night stay after night one I had an emergency after night too I'm sorry I had an emergency situation where I was forced to leave the room and I asked Experian or hotels.com for refund they stated that I had to speak with the hotel I went directly to the hotel I spoke with the person that was at the front desk at the time she was a black lady she had braids long braids in her hair and glasses at that time she got on the phone with her hotel manager and he stayed the day he would only refund me one night even though on the stage two nights and I had a four-night stay. But I never got refunded any money so I need help with this situation at this time."

"Had to move rooms because the AC unit was malfunctioning and when we got to second room the door's security latch was broken off and missing. Both should have been easy fixes by maintenance."

"Large comfortable bed, free simple breakfast, free coffee anytime. Hotel was relatively new so facilities were good. Pool table in the lobby was fun. Nearby food options. We went to the Levante Mediterranean which was half a mile away and good."

"The property is a pleasant and reasonably priced place to stay if you are simply looking to have a comfortable night while traveling. It's in the middle of Generica, by a shopping mall, so if you want something beyond franchise food you will have to drive. Speaking of which, there are no sidewalks in the immediate area, so walking to nearby businesses can be a challenge. My room (1 king bed) was spacious, comfortable and clean, which is all I was looking for. No breakfast, but there's a Waffle House a five-minute walk away. I travel by motorcycle, so it was particularly nice to get a first-floor room with parking right outside my window. Just over a mile from the Natchez Trace Parkway HQ/Visitor Center, about ten minutes from the Elvis stuff. I would stay again if my plans call for spending the night in Tupelo."
