I reserved 1 room with 2 queens beds and upon checking in I was given my key and when i entered my room it was 1 king bed. Not what i reserved-i went back to the front desk and informed the employee Chris that he gave me the wrong room because I reserved 2 double beds. Chris then stated “oh you booked through Expedia and although you reserved 2 queen beds they put you in whatever they want you to have” I said how is that possible because if i wanted a king i would’ve reserved just that. I went to 3 other hotels and to no availability I ended back up at the Hampton Inn in a room I didn’t reserve. I contacted Expedia and was informed that they did not change my reservation as the employee Chris had told me. So it was midnight and they (Expedia) were trying to find me another room but I was exhausted, pissed off with a child and i refused to pack everything back up and go to another hotel and then that reservation not be available. I am pissed at Hampton Inn and Expedia because it was ridiculous.
