"Want your vacation ruined — this is the place for you! I am absolutely seething with fury after my experience at this so-called hotel. If there were a way to give this place negative stars, I would do it without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster. We arrived with a confirmed booking, tired and expecting a smooth check-in, only to be told — with shocking indifference — that they “couldn’t find” our reservation. No apology, no urgency, no accountability. Just...
