Double booked in Galveston

I booked the villa on feb13 and I get there on Feb 14 and it was double booked. I would like a refund

Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was a for sale sign in the front yard, which was very unkept and needed mowed, landscaped. Once we entered the house we were hit with an awful sewer like smell. It was so bad that there was no way we could stay there so we left and had to rent another place instead. We had stayed at this same property back in November and it was wonderful so not sure what changed but very disappointing.
