"Let's start from the bottom line - this is an excellent hotel! Its staff is great and constantly makes you feel like you are the most important and special guest, its location is excellent - right next to Siam Station, which is a short golf cart ride (a hotel service) from the hotel. The room was connected to the lounge on floor 32, which was a great experience in itself, the breakfast is crazy!!! The room is sparkling clean and every evening a little surprise was waiting for us on the bed. In short - a must try!"

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The entire property felt fresh and organized, making our stay very comfortable.
